You must not:

  • Republish material or tools from CitePrecise.
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license access to CitePrecise Premium features.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to bulk-generate citations or exhaust system API limits.

2. User Accounts & Subscriptions

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Pro subscriptions are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via the Stripe billing customer portal.

3. Accuracy of Citations

CitePrecise acts as an automated tool to assist with academic referencing. While we make every effort to align citation rendering precisely with official APA 7th Edition, MLA 9th Edition, and Harvard CSL styles, the final responsibility for accuracy and compliance lies with the student or author submitting the research paper.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CitePrecise, nor any of its developers, be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages (including academic grading outcomes or loss of data) arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or tools.
